WHAT IS IT?
Corrective exercise helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. At Pro Motion Chiropractic, we maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease by incorporating chiropractic care, specific exercises and stretches as well as education. The goal of incorporating corrective exercises with chiropractic care is to maximize your range of motion while increasing your stability, strength, coordination and recovery time.
HOW IT HELPS
Regular exercise should be just that: regular! Just like brushing your teeth every day, eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. Exercises and stretches are great ways to decrease stiffness and pain, build up muscle strength and stamina, and improve your flexibility and overall fitness.
At Pro Motion Chiropractic, our goal is to enable you to not only get out of pain, but improve your functional abilities and get you back to what you love to do. Dr. Schroeder will recommend specific corrective exercises and stretches depending on your exact problem and situation. These will be your homework!
